Having sold properties in several northern New Jersey counties, I've cultivated an in-depth knowledge of market trends and home values in the areas I cover. And while I'm certainly not a home inspector, when showing homes to buyers, I'm always quick to point out any potential challenges (example: evidence of pests or structure issues). My background in home staging is a great asset to my seller clients in giving them advice in how to prepare their home for sale.
