Jefferson Township Real Estate Market Report ~ May 2022

Jefferson Township homeowners are still enjoying a “seller’s market” due to low inventory (there are currently 51 properties available) and a continued influx of urban area buyers.

Rising interest rates have slowed the market somewhat, taking some buyers out of the market entirely or reducing their buying budget.

Of the 23 reported sales in May, 17 properties sold over list price, with the average days on the market calculated at 28 days.
